Married for forty one years, Tessa and Jeff Evason travel around the country, and sometimes out of it, to amaze people with their “Second Sight” abilities. These “Second Sight” abilities even surprise skeptics who often think they are wearing wires, earpieces, and communicating with one another. The Evasons even vow to pay one hundred thousand dollars to the person who can prove them wrong and say that they do use some sort of communication with one another. However, no one has proved them wrong yet! They have made appearances on shows such as, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Masters of Illusion on The CW, The World’s Greatest Magic on NBC, Powers of the Paranormal on FOX, Grand Illusions on Discovery Channel, and Quiet Masters on Amazon Prime Video.
The Evasons performed at Hunt Union in the brand new ballroom, on September 28th, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. As the show began, Tessa and Jeff Evason came down the aisle with boundless amounts of energy, getting the audience prepared for the show that was about to happen. Jeff first asked the audience, “Who here has an iPhone?” About eighty percent of the crowd raised their hands. Then he asked, “Who here has a four digit pin on their iPhone?” Less people then raised their hands. Jeff then chose a girl from the crowd and asked her to go on stage. The girl went on stage and Jeff asked her to open her phone and open her contacts. He then asked the girl, “How many contacts do you think you have on your phone?” The girl responded, “I’m not too sure, maybe about 30?” Jeff then responded by saying, “Okay, so my wife here, Tessa is going to guess how many contacts are on your phone by purely using her intuition.” Tessa then guessed the exact number of contacts that were on the girl’s phone, one hundred and forty one.
The girl was amazed but Tessa was not done yet. Jeff then asked the girl to scroll to a random contact and have Tessa guess the gender, the name, and the phone number of the contact the girl chose. Tessa did exactly that, she guessed the gender, which was a girl, the name, which wasn’t a very common name, and the phone number without missing a beat.
Jeff then told the crowd that the next segment of their show is when he chooses people from the crowd and Tessa tries to guess their first names, the item in their hand, and even deceased loved ones names all while being blindfolded. Everyone in the room was amazed to see how easily it came to her mind, the things in a person’s wallet, the description of pictures people were holding in their hands, and even the serial number off a bill.
However, the most incredible thing that everyone saw in that room that night was when a man was holding up a necklace of his deceased mother. Not only did Tessa guess the name of his mother, but had all the wifi routers changed to the mother’s name, “S31m@”. This had everyone in the room completely shocked. They even had others in the audience guess random numbers, which then added up to be the serial number of a random man’s hundred bill. Insanity is the best way to describe their show. The Evasons are funny, charismatic, and overall magical. The show was jaw dropping from start to finish and they know exactly how to get a crowd going!
