Aries (March 21 – April 19)

Set small, realistic goals to stay motivated this semester. For example, C’s get degree’s but B’s are better!

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

Reward yourself for accomplishing goals, like buying yourself an overpriced latte because you made it out of bed, woo!

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Try to expect and accept setbacks in your goals. You couldn’t avoid blacking out this weekend, but at least you didn’t puke! One step at a time.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

Seeking support from friends and family is always a good idea when setting goals, but that doesn’t mean you need to post a shirtless picture every 5lbs down.

Leo (July 23 – August 23)

Motivation advice tells you to say “no” to distractions. But Hozier says “there’s an art to life, it’s distraction,” and Hozier’s cuter.

Virgo (August 24 – September 22)

They say that a regular exercise routine helps people to stay on track. Try to fit that in your schedule, whether it’s walking to the bars, back from the bars, or from bar to bar!

Libra (September 23 – October 22)

“Positive imagery” is a technique used to see yourself where you want to be and to imagine how you’ll feel when you’re there. No, this doesn’t mean picturing yourself on the beach with a Dirty-Shirley.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Posting positive or inspirational quotes around your living space is a good way to remind yourself what you want to be like, but your weekend hookups might be a little weirded out.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

Self-care is one of the most important parts to maintaining motivation, something you’ve all but given up on since entering college.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

Staying organized always helps everything. Start by just cleaning your room; it’s hard to focus in an area that looks like a bomb-zone.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

Knowing your limits and finding a balance should be number one on your priorities list this week, especially after the Halloweekend you had.

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Creating a dream board might help you envision what you want to see in your future, but not if you only fill it with delicious foods and model-worthy potential spouses.
