Feeling crammed with your new class workload and can’t seem to find time to exercise? Try a quick circuit! All you need is 20 minutes to feel like you’ve accomplished a workout and get your heart rate going. This 20 minute workout will consist of four sets of four minutes on, and one minute off.
Minute 1: Jumping Jacks
Minute 2: Burpee’s (Jump with hands up then down into a full push up then back up)
Minute 3: High Knee’s (Legs together and try to get your knees to your chest)
Minute 4: Plank
Minute 5: Rest
REPEAT 4X !
