The NFL season is entering week ten and the fantasy football season is beginning to climax. With only a few weeks left it is essential to start the right players to give your team a chance to win. Also, COVID-19 cases have been increasing across the NFL causing any key players to miss games. Here are this week’s suggestions to help you win this week’s matchup.
Start ‘Em QB Tom Brady:
Brady has found success in Tampa Bay and now has more weapons to work with on the offense. The new addition of Antonio Brown paired with Godwin being healthy, Brady will have all the weapons he needs to have a strong performance. This week he takes on the Carolina Panthers and I don’t expect their defense to be able to contain the passing game. Brady is a must-start at quarterback this week.
Start ‘Em RB Kareem Hunt:
Hunt enters this week still as the starter and is taking on a weak Texans run defense who has given up plenty of big games to running backs such as Dalvin Cook. The Browns had a bye the previous week which will allow Hunt to be well-rested. You should expect a big performance from Hunt this week.
Start ‘Em RB Antonio Gibson:
Gibson has been one of the few bright spots on the Football team’s offense so far this season. This week he gets to face a run defense that ranks at the bottom of the league. Gibson will hopefully explode for his second career 100-yard game rushing and score at least one touchdown against the Lions.
Start ‘Em WR Allen Robinson:
Chicago has had problems on offense every week but playing the Vikings should make things a little easier as Minnesota’s secondary has struggled all season against the pass due to injuries and lack of depth in the secondary. Robinson will hopefully explode against the Vikings and based on the previous performance he is a must-start.
Start ‘Em WR Brandin Cooks:
Cooks has revived his career since being traded to the Texans. Despite a team record of 1-6, he has consistently put together great performances and will look to continue that trend against the Browns. Cleveland will most likely put all their attention on Will Fuller which will give Cooks many one-on-one situations. Cooks had a lot of potential against the Browns.
Start ‘Em TE T.J. Hockenson:
Since the Lions bye week, Hockenson has put together a consistent performance to reward fantasy owners. Washington has not done a good job containing tight ends this season and I expect that to continue this week.
Sit ‘Em WR AJ Green:
Green’s season has been filled with few positives. Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd have both surpassed him as the top targets for rookie quarterback Joe Burrow. This week the Bengals face one of the toughest defenses. Green’s struggles will continue against the Steelers and don’t expect more than three catches. Benching or dropping him is the best move owners could do.
