Black Bean Nachos

Ingredients:
1 Bunch of cilantro
1 Can of black beans
4 Jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced into 1/4 cup
1 Scallion, thinly sliced into 1/4 cup
2 Tomatoes sliced into 1 cup
1-2 Crushed avacados
1 Pica de gallo
1- 1/2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Directions:
Use a bowl or wide dish and layer all ingredients (except for the guacamole) evenly over chips, placed in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or in the oven for the same amount of time or less. Serve guacamole  on the side. Munch until ya can’t much any longer!
