SPOILER ALERT

It’s finally happened! The moment everyone has been waiting for since “Deadpool 2”, Deadpool has officially declared himself Marvel Jesus and partnered with Wolverine. But that’s not all, we got to see actors reprise roles and others get the chance to bring ones to life. If you haven’t seen the movie, this is your official spoiler alert.

At the beginning of the film, we see Deadpool give up Wolverine’s grave and remove the bones from its resting place. Not long after, Deadpool fights against officers from The Time Variance Authority primarily using Wolverine’s dead metal skeleton as a weapon against the officers. It’s from this very scene that the viral Deadpool “Bye Bye Bye” dance emerged. We’re flashback to Wade Wilson, having left his mercenary Deadpool persona behind, living a simple but boring mundane life.

It’s on the night of his birthday when the Time Variance Authority arrives and brings him to an agent called Dr. Paradox, who wants Wade to join them in their mission before explaining his universe is dying as a result of the death of his universe’s “anchor being” Wolverine. Having gone rogue, Wade embraces his Deadpool persona once more to travel different universes to find another Wolverine and save his home.

In the film we were paid a visit by Jennifer Garner as Elektra, Wesley Snipes as Blade, Dafne Keen as X-23, Chris Evans as Johnny Storm, and Channing Tatum as Gambit. Channing Tatum, after years of waiting, finally got to bring his version of The Gambit to life. In a funny twist Tatum broke the internet a second time by putting on a funny Cajun accent. The last time he broke the internet was when he joined the “21 Jump Street” film series as a character who delivered the funny line “My name is Jeff.”Another big surprise was the return of Chris Evans. Fans previously thought he was coming back as another variant Captain America but actually returned as Human Torch from “Fantastic Four”.

The film was full of humor, excitement, great characters, final goodbyes, and amazing cameos. Most notably an army of Deadpool variants and Dogpool played by Peggy, who was voted Ugliest Dog. “Deadpool and Wolverine” is a worthy watch and a great way to have a few laughs.
